Object of the operation:

Delimitation of the target-zone on a map 1:500 000, mode of operation, how many instruments, their system of operating and location.

Time and duration of the operation:

Name of the qualified responsible person (graduate meteorologist) for the operation.

Documents to certify that the notices required under section 8 of the Act were published or explanatory memorandum if there are no documents.

Proof of civil liability insurance of at least $500,000.

Additional documents:

We agree to supply the Service de météorologie of the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs a quarterly report of operation and annual report to reckon the results of our program to induce rain artificially based on the statistic method recommended by the Minister.

We certify to the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks that we are willing to cooperate fully to facilitate for the personnel of the Service de météorologie the inspection at any time of the instruments which we use for the purposes of inducing rain artificially and verify the procedures which we follow to carry on the operation.
